Please read throughly, as by first contact you have agreed to the terms and services detailed below.
I. GENERAL TERMS
• I have the right to refuse any commissions without a given reason. All commission submissions with any of the below content will be refused outright.
Commissions including art with a subject matter that is inherently racist, homophobic, transphobic, or hateful towards any group of people regarding religion, appearance, or sexual orientation.
Requests for characters from the listed media: Boku no hero academia, Overwatch, Attack on Titan, Hazbin Hotel, Paw Patrol or Osomatsu-san.I may accept original characters for any of these medias.
I do not draw Mecha, this does not include prosthetic limbs or cyborg type qualities though.
• I can be contacted through my email [email protected], or any of my social media's (instagram, twitter, tumblr, furaffinity) via dm.
• When contacting me it is best to first ask if about my availibility, as commissions are rarely subject to a waitlist. In this first message please list the type/colour style of the commission you would like and deadline if needed. Short deadlines are subject to small fees. Afterwards the process goes as such
-Once I have responded and aggreed to give you your slot, please send references, such as character references, pose and expression preferences, and any colour palette requests.
-After these details have been ironed out, I accept full payment upfront for all commissions under 100$. Commissions over are subject to a payment plan at your preferance. Payment will be accepted through Ko-Fi or Paypal invoice in USD. Tips are preferred through Ko-fi! Thank you in advance for any tips
II. PROCESS
• Wait time for a commission can be between a few days and up two three weeks depending on any factors such as: the order your commission was accepted in, health, complexity, work, or family issues. You will be warned upfront on waiting time, and any other changes in timeline you will be warned asap.
• Unless you prefer otherwise and depending on type of commission, you will be sent a sketch, and then a full lined piece with colour palette. At those points you should give me any critiques, anything else you want changed before I complete the piece.
-Minor changes will be accepted after the completion of a full coloured/painted piece subject to small charges depending on the complexity of the change requested.
• All completed commissions include the full resolution image, no watermarks. For non-painted no backround images, I offer the transparent image at no extra cost. If you have a specfic resolution you'd like the image at, let me know and I'll change it for you.
III. DISCOUNTS and REFUNDS
• Discounts are offered for a variety of subjects including some of my favourite characters, my own characters, based on promotions through my social media, or certain things I consider important such as pet portraits.
These discounts are applied to the full amount of a commission, including backrounds and extra characters.
Discounts are applied, then rounded up to the nearest dollar.
Discounts do NOT apply to any change charges after a piece is completed, OR any deadline fees.
• Refunds are offered on a case by case basis.
• Refunds will be issued based on completed work- if you offered a fully painted piece, and decided to cancel your commission after I sent you a sketch, I will only refund the difference between the cost of a sketch and the painted piece.
Backround charges will be treated the same. If the sketch included any backround elements, you will only recieve a partial on refund for the backround charge in conjuncture with the partial refund for the whole piece.
• Refunds will NOT be offered after a piece is completed under any circumstances.
IV. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
• I, the artist, hold all rights to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
As such, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself with in any place or site, display anywhere, and post it where ever I want.
I however, am not allowed to use it for any commercial purposes such as merchandise.
• As the commissioner, you are allowed a certain number of rights over the piece.
Such as, use the artwork for personal use. Print the art, claim the right of their characters, but not the drawing, and use the art to promote themselves with proper credit. You CANNOT use it for any commercial purposes, such as merchandise.
• If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
V. CHARGEBACKS
• Simply, charge backs loose you ALL rights to any commission art you have purchased. I will have the right to sell the artwork to new buyers, and you will be forbidden from ever commissioning me ever again. It is within my right to publicly post your name everywhere I can for others to know about your nature. I also have every right to file a complaint, and every right to the money you had given me.
